ABOUT / FOUNDER
Sortie Studios is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and led by Isaac Thomas, an Air Force veteran and former F-35 crew chief studying mechanical engineering and computer science. The name comes from that aviation background: a sortie is a mission launched with preparation, purpose, and accountability.
WHAT SORTIE BUILDS
Sortie builds polished websites first, then adds private tools when the work calls for them: admin screens, records, uploads, reporting, automations, portals, or AI-assisted workflows. The first step is deciding what is actually useful.
Scope, standards, and a clear mission before code.
Structure the data, the flows, and the interfaces.
Ship the public site and the private tools together.
Automate the parts a person shouldn't have to redo.

Sortie Studios is personal on purpose. The work is shaped by operational experience, engineering study, and a long-term interest in applying AI where it actually helps.
I am based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, studying mechanical engineering and computer science, an Air Force veteran, and a former F-35 crew chief. That background taught me to care about precision, reliability, documentation, and systems that work under pressure.
Sortie Studios is where I turn that mindset into websites, admin tools, automations, and AI-assisted systems for businesses that need their online presence to do real work.
In aviation, a sortie is a planned mission. That idea fits the studio: understand the target, prepare the system, launch with care, and improve from what the work teaches.
The aim is to keep learning the newest AI tools and use them where they make work clearer, faster, or easier to manage. No gimmicks, just better websites, workflows, and internal tools.
Sortie Studios is independently owned and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense, or any aircraft manufacturer.
PROCESS
We review the offer, audience, current website or materials, common customer questions, and the work that happens after an inquiry comes in.
We decide what belongs in the first version: pages, contact paths, admin features, integrations, portals, or automations. Anything that does not serve the goal can wait.
The work is built, reviewed on mobile and desktop, adjusted with feedback, and handed off with clear notes on what is live and what can come next.
