PORTFOLIO / SELECTED WORK

Real examples, with the decisions behind them.

A good project is more than a screenshot. These logs show what needed to work, what shaped the build, and how the public site connects to the business behind it.

Objective
Make services easier to understand while preparing the business for cleaner back-office control.
Constraints
Industry-sensitive copy, practical policy language, inventory visibility, staff-friendly updates, and checkout handoff needs.
Approach
Lead with customer clarity, then model the admin workflows needed for records, service data, images, and reporting.
Technology
Responsive web UI, admin interface patterns, image workflows, checkout preparation, and analytics concepts.
Architecture
Public pages connect to staff workflows for data review, visibility decisions, checkout readiness, and reporting.
Challenges
Keep the site approachable for normal customers while showing the owner where a private admin phase could go.
Results
A stronger public presence with a clearer path toward internal tools and more organized daily management.
02 / STUDIO BUILD Open home

Sortie Site OS

This site is also a working sample: themeable brand assets, orbital motion, demo login, command navigation, planning tools, and backend positioning.

Read mission log
Objective
Show Sortie as a studio that can design polished websites and practical business tools.
Constraints
Static deployment, fast loading, no heavy libraries, accessible interactions, mobile responsiveness, and a logo system that changes with theme selection.
Approach
Build the brand around motion, orbit, and operational clarity while keeping the copy direct for nontechnical clients.
Technology
Semantic HTML, CSS variables, responsive layout, vanilla JavaScript, canvas background, local/session storage, and progressive enhancement.
Architecture
Separate routes share one stylesheet and one script that control themes, motion preferences, interactive panels, demo auth, and page-level UI behavior.
Challenges
Make the site feel advanced without becoming cluttered, unreadable, or dependent on effects that fail on smaller screens.
Results
A flexible studio sample that can grow into deeper demos, service pages, case studies, and real client systems.
